HOUSING

We will be posting a few summer sublet opportunities within the Tyler community, as well as a few on-campus housing options including The Edge, rentcampusonline.com, and Temple's dorms. If you are looking for housing outside of these options, keep in mind that Tyler students often choose to live in neighborhoods such as Fishtown, Northern Liberties, or Fairmount. Each of these neighborhoods are a short drive, bike ride, or bus ride to Tyler.

Please note: There are areas of Philadelphia that are dangerous. If you have any questions as to whether a housing opportunity is located in a safe neighborhood, please don't hesitate to ask. 

HOUSING IN TEMPLE'S DORMS
Housing for SPI/SSI students is also available in Temple's dorms. The current rate, subject to change, is $33.00 for single occupancy without linens, $29 per person for double occupancy. Temple's dorm housing is offered as a convenience, and is extremely basic.
