-Share the kitchen, dining, and living room--also, share the half bathroom downstairs, small outdoor garden space, and washer (in basement.) The house is hardwood floors throughout--neat, nice light, and clutter-free. What's more: CENTRAL AIR!!
-Enjoy the 1400 block of Wilt Street--near Palmer Cemetary, the Fishtown Market, and Loco Pez Taquiera! You'll be a short walk to the Berks El stop and the 15 trolley on Girard. The bike ride to Tyler takes about 12 minutes, and you will be nearby the Aramingo Shopping Plaza, as well as the new Superfresh located near the Piazza in Northern Liberties. It is a SAFE, quiet, convenient Fishtown block!
-Co-exist with one kind, mature, respectful, post-MFA female roommate.
-Pick when you arrive and depart--I am willing to be flexible on dates! $150/week--anytime from June 15 to August 15.
