Sublet Opportunity #3

SEEKING: Adventerous, low maintenance, cool calm and collected individual looking for the best deal going. 
Let me explain:
We have a giant garage in Fishtown that we just aquired, and are currently turning into studio spaces (filled by Tyler MFA grads). In the back of the garage there is an office- complete with pegboard walls, drafting table, glass brick window, and a window facing the garage. It is a totally enclosed space that could easily be turned into a cozy room. In the garage there is a bathroom with a very tiny shower, toilet, sink. There are no open-able windows, but we will let you borrow our giant box fan. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave. There is no bed but you could easily set something up.

This is for someone who is not afraid to rough it a bit. It is a great opportunity if you are into this kind of thing. 
You would have a key to the front door that leads into the garage. We live upstairs, and there might be other people in and out of the garage space, but you would have your private little office in the back.
This is the awesome part- we are only asking $200 per month- so $400 paid in full upon signing of sublease agreement for all of June and July. + $100 security deposit which you will get back. All utilities included.
Total steal. You will not find anything else this cheap in this amazing location.

The space is in Fishtown on E Firth St- 15 minute bikeride or 20 minute bus ride to Tyler. It is a 10 minute walk to the Berks El stop which will get you downtown in 15 minutes. It is walking distance to cool cafes, restaurants, and bars. Very safe and quiet street.
Total crash pad. You will probably be spending 95% of your time in your studio anyways.

Hi, my name is Ryan and I live in a brand new row home with 3 of my greatest friends (all male), well 4, including Coffee the Cat (she is female). Us 4 humans all graduated with our MFA's from Tyler this year or last. I am moving in with my girlfriend in June, and hence, am seeking a subletter. This glorious living situation could be yours! 

This place is, in short, amazing. Brand new. We are the first tenants of this newly developed block on Trenton Avenue off of Norris St. (Between Frankford and Front Sts.) Four story row home with beautiful modern amenities, including the fully-finished basement; 4 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, washer and dryer. You will have a double-headed, glass-enclosed shower and a massive bathtub. There is also a great fenced-in backyard. 

Your bedroom: is approx 13x13ft, including a large closet. I am taking a lot of the furniture, but I will leave you a mattress, chair, table, and a tall shelf. Everything you need is here- just bring sheets and towels. Great view of the El Train and Fishtown/Kensington from the bedroom windows. Speaking of the El Train, the Berks stop is a 2 minute walk and gets you to Center City. From there, the world is your oyster. Bus lines are a 1 minute walk away: The #3 Bus picks up at the corner of Norris&Front and takes you right up to school. The #5 Bus on the corner of Norris&Frankford takes you to Northern Liberties and Old City. Biking is also a great way to get around here. It is a one-mile ride straight up Norris Street to Tyler's front door. And if you have a car, there is plenty of parking on our huge street. A true Philly rarity. Countless stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars are in walking distance of this house: Fishtown Market, Johnny Brenda's, The Lost Bar, Liberty Choice "Super Bodega," The Rocket Cat Cafe, and Loco Pez are highlights. Good neighborhood, coolest in Philly. 

The price, a steal: $550/month (includes utilities), plus $100 security deposit, which you will get back. So two checks, one for $1,100 (rent) and one for $100 (security) are due upon signing of sublease agreement. Sublet Opportunity #1

i am a tyler grad looking for a subleter june thru augi live all by myself, i have two cats who will be in MD with my folks, but if you allergic it may not be good for you
i have a proper one bedroom, and have nice light
separate kitchen, living room and bedroom
i have internet, and it stayed pretty cool in the apt last summer
but there is a secret air conditioner hidden in the closet if you need one
i am asking for $700 a month, 600 for rent and 100 for utilities (internet and electric)
i would also like to have a $300 deposit,
which you will totally get back when i see you didn't pack up all my garbage and sell it on ebay, its just for my piece of mind
so $1700 all together... 300 of which you will get back in cash or money order, whichever you prefer
i live in northern liberties, between girard and poplar on 6th, my neighborhood is safe and pleasant
i ride a bike everywhere if you have a bike, but there is easy access to the bus on 11th,
if you get/have a car that may not matter to you
i am in close proximity to school, laundry, grocery, bowling restaurants, 2nd street niceties, fishtown and center city
i love my apartment... so i think you will too
