The room is on the second floor of a large 4-bedroom townhouse; which includes a basement + laundry, a back patio, eat-in kitchen, dining room/living room, a large bathroom, plus one cat.  The other tenants/roommates are all recent Tyler School of Art MFA graduates, and are super smart and fun.  The townhouse is in the Kensington part of Philadelphia ~ 2 blocks from the Market-Frankford train line, and also an easy 10-15 minute bicycle commute to Tyler/Temple's main campus.
